      That is really interesting bro. Ya know, I hadn't paid attention but I will from here forward as I still have a few packs left and will let you know. That would be another added benefit, especially for the hardgainers among us.

      Rationing out my last few packs of Z, using them only on training nights. Even on short sleep, I come back the next day feeling well rested and ready to rock. The results have lived up to the hype... The concept and ingredient profile are done justice by how effectively the product works.

      Wheels last night and only 5 hours of sleep and I'm still ready to go for chest this afternoon.

      An interesting aspect to Z is that I think it improves the efficiency of your rest and recovery time. Even on short sleep the quality of my rest seems better.
