in the PM for all the testers there is a sentence at the bottom saying that a survey/evaluation will go out once your done with the can.

From J "Upon finishing Project Z, we will have a set of basic questions that we'll need you to follow up with. I'll have these sent out during roughly the 2nd-3rd week of everyone's cycle so that as you wind down, you'll be able to better assess the supplement."
