I got some messages about this on Friday while I was stranded in a hotel thanks to the snow strom, but you can bet your ass I was exctied as hell! Time to crank my training up to another level.

I'm going to have to withdraw my name from the hat. Before you all Boo me please let me state my reason for the withdraw ...
I can do a bench your bodyweight for reps contest, that's about it. Reason being I'm less than 16 weeks out from my Bodybuilding show and already down to about 217 lbs. So strength is not there right now and I'm not risking injury for I hate to say it, poops and giggles. I'm just not. The risk vs reward is way too high with my upcoming show on the line.
And 315 for reps on Deadlifts is not my cup of tea either. Maybe back in my Powerlifting days but honestly I don't deadlift much anymore. I really have no reason to at this point. So sorry guys, but I'm out.
