This concoction is particularly designed for those on a cut... It has less than 1g of carbs, 20g of protein, tons of amino acids, and some creatine, all neatly bundled in one drink...
1 serving of Iso Ultra Whey (Lemonade)
1 serving of EAA Stack (Juicy Watermelon...)
1 serving of Storm (Grape...)
1 serving of BCAA Stack (Lemon Lime...)
5g of glutamine
I generally use a 20oz bottle, and drink this, immediately post workout... Some may find the taste a bit strong, and may want to adjust the water, accordingly... Enjoy...
Dead this sounds legit, luckily i have all the ingredients to try'er out. This definitely will clean up in the recovery department.
