Are you stoked about trying Agent O? I wonder if its like Jack3d?
I've been around the block when it comes to preworkouts......I think Jack3d is just popular b/c of word of mouth. For me, the effects didn't last and it gave me no pumps.
I expect Agent O to be better. USP products are really hit or miss.

Yep thats how I feel about preworkout supplements. I like Animal pump! I get a great focus and I believe I get an added strength too. The only thing I can't do on taking Pump is run!! My legs get so pumped that they hurt!!!! hahaha...but I suck as a runner so its probably just me :)

I was wrong about Animal pump doing this to me...it was Cytonox made by Cytogenix. I worked okay for the first 2 weeks then the effects wore off and I didnt feel any more pumps. This is when I started trying Animal products, so far they have never let me down. When I take something of theirs I get just what I expected!!!

I know ~ right!!
Thanks Sprint!! I will do my best to review Agent O!!
Im sure you'll do a great job. Would love to hear about mixability, how much liquid you used, taste & of course most importantly, results in terms of energy levels, pump, & strength levels. Plus how long it takes for the effect to kick in & how long it lasts.
I was interested to hear about what you said with regards to taking a pump product before running. Im a track athlete & have tried several different pump products (with varying results) prior to a weights session & have enjoyed the ones that worked.
However, I've never taken them before a track session because I assumed I'd find the same thing that you did. There have been sessions where it's become difficult to maintain the same intensity, not because of a lack of energy or due to a build up of lactic acid (I take Carnosine, Beta-alanine & Creatine to deal with those issues) but more of the legs becoming so pumped, mobility at speed becomes an issue.
I figured taking a pump product prior to hitting the track would more than likely end the session early rather than enhance it in any way.

3 sets Military - 18 reps 25#, 15 reps 30#. 10 reps 40#
5 sets cable low pulls (rear delts) - 15 reps 20# x 3, 10 reps 30# x 2
4 sets front & side raises - 10 reps 15# x 4
Triceps - 3 sets warm up
Kick backs - 2 sets - 15 reps 25#, 15 reps 30#
Straight bar push downs - 15 reps 70#, 15 reps 90#, 15 reps 120#
Close grip barbell - 20 reps 45#, 15 reps 65#, 15 reps 65#

Wide grip - same as close grip - yep it hurt too!
Isolated dumbbell - 12 reps 20# x 3 sets
Dips - 20 reps x 4 sets
Cardio - 30 mins on treadmill - 4% incline - speed 4.5
