What An ABC

was reading the april 2010 musclemag, and there was a writeup for the ABC on 335 with last years picture....haha i dont know how we all fit in the frame for this years.

Wow!!!!! This was my first but def. not my last!!!! Tiny put up 1000 lbs. I'm glad I was there to see that!!!! Can't wait till next year!!!!!

this was my first national ABC event, and it was an amazing experience. it is crazy to think about how crowded it is going to be next year!

This year's National ABC was incredible! 200+ WARRIORS going hard... When I left at 11 there were still people training their asses off! This is yet another testament to why Animal is different than every other company!

Best ABC I've ever attended.....had a great time....and a big thanks to Animal for the food afterwards. It was delicious. Definately one of my most memorable weekends in my lifetime. I'll never forget.

Oh, yeah -- that was definitely intense. I had an incredible time, even if it WAS hard to find a place to train arms! I was talking to someone in the airport yesterday who'd come in to train BEFORE we got there, and they were just floored by the flood of Animals and beat feet.

Thanks to Animal for the food! It beat going out and waiting to get fed in a restaurant (though several of us DID have fun last year . . .). Great choice, that City BBQ!

i thought last yrwas busy.. wow., sat night was nuts.. and people were really training .. tht was great to see.. i crushed the girls on legs as i watched veryone banging it and having fun... fgreat nite

Awesome workout. Having been to both last years and this one, I can see we easily doubled the anount of lifters there. And the food after was a nice treat. My only worry is, if we continue to double each year... when are we going to need to find a bigger gym?

Freak it was an honor meeting you bro. I was watching you put people through hell on legs haha i'll probably regret this but next time i want to train legs with ya hahaha.

Last year was SLAMMED. and this year, even bigger. yet at the same time, still room to move around and do your thing. there were no problems for people looking to get on machines or work in on sets... that is what this place is all about.

Animals, it was great meeting and training with all of you! That forced negative (hell reps) is super and will get a lot of use (thanks Rage)!! Thanks to all Animals and to Universal for the great time at the gym and the food. Looking forward to next year!
