I figured that after coming back from the Arnold, it was about time I started up a Journey here. I had an absolute blast this past weekend, and after meeting Skiba and his crew, and seeing what they do, it lit a new fire under my ass. It's time to hit some big numbers. I've been training using the Westside Template for about the past 3 weeks, so if any other powerlifters/people who have used it in the past want to hop in, critique, offer anything, it would be greatly appreciated!
