CURLZ
Everything felt great today. First day trying out some OHP after that minor shoulder tweak, so I didn't want to push things too hard. Today was also the first time trying those Kennelly's, and holy crap did they fry my triceps; I'm definitely gonna incorporate them more often. And yeah... curls. I don't really care about getting a nice peak or whatever on them; I just want them strong.

The deficit deads wore me the hell out today, so afterwards I didn't really want to do too much, just get in a little accessory work and call it a day. Extremely happy with that. Time to rest, eat, and do homework all night.

Lookin' good! I can't even do deads from the floor -- much less deficit deads.
Thanks Jim! Just trying to kill it day in and day out.

Everything has been clicking for me lately. I'm really happy that I haven't seen any strength decrease since starting the cut. Down 20 so far, not entirely sure on how much more I want to go down; mainly gonna be playing it by ear.

Down 20lbs with no strength loss..awsome work man..
What weight did you start at,and what are you now??
What kind of diet you following??
What your cardio like??
Keep up the awsome work bro!
I started at 246, sitting around 225 now. As for the diet...
Meal 1: 6-8 whole eggs
Meal 2: 8oz chicken/turkey/beef/fish and 1/3c brown rice or 1/2 sweet potato
Meal 3: 8oz chicken/turkey/beef/fish and 1/3c brown rice or 1/2 sweet potato OR 50g whey (Pre-workout)
Meal 4: 50g whey (Post-workout)
Meal 5: 8oz chicken/turkey/beef/fish and some greens (usually broccoli or green beans)
Meal 6: 8oz chicken/turkey/beef/fish and some greens (usually broccoli or green beans)
Meal 7: 40g Casein shake before bed
And then at the end of every week I give myself a day to basically gorge on whatever food I want. My meals are of JUGGERNAUT proportions.
I try to get my cardio in when I can. Most of it comes from either playing Ultimate Frisbee or basketball on campus. But typically on the weekends, I'm able to get in some more "conventional" running in, which is nice.

Intramural Basketball. Played 3 games total; I think I dropped about 30 in the co-ed championship game, and we ended up winning that 54-52. I didn't get to rest in any of the games (they're 2 20-minute running halves), so right now I am freaking beat.
