Got my first contest coming up in November, I've been training for about 7 or 8 months already for it so we'll see how she goes. Anyways thought I might fire up a Journey since it seems to attract a lot of motivation.

Felt pretty good, solid fuckin' lower back pumps from the deads today, felt a bit lethargic on the last set of deads. Tomorrow's my day off probably head in for some cardio.
