im 18 5'9" 162 lbs and am using the training routine 11. im taking animal pak and stack with krealkaline efx and jack3d. i like the animal products alot i feel like they benefit me the most. the krealkaline i think helps too but the jack3d im not sure about. i like the beginning tingle but i feel like it wears me out before my workout is done. like on monday back and biceps. by the time i get to my biceps i have nothing left. i workout in my garage and dont have machines so i am limited to freeweights. so i substituted in wide grip pullups and close reverse grip pullups, which work the bicep im pretty sure. so would it just be that im tired? and if it is what would be a good preworkout stimulant? i was looking through the packs but i couldnt find one besides the pump. is there another one? i was thinking pak stak and nitro for my next cycle with a stimulant if anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated
