Im currently still taking (and will forever be doing so) Flex but now I am also adding a 1000mg Vitamin C tablet to add to the healing powers I so badly need.
These are timed released C tabs too, so hopefully im not pissing it ALL out!
bharatoza - hopefully you pop back in this thread to read, but do ice those elbows after EVERY taxing upper body workout. Before you train - do 20-30 x 2/3 sets of pushdowns using a thera-band, boy do these make a big difference...!
