Good article. I admit I used to be guilty of a lot of form problems with a lot of my excercises when I started. After sucking it up, dropping the weight back and concentrating on form, my lifts increased more and my body changed more than ever.
Been awhile since i have done bar bell curls come to think about it the last time i did them my arms were huge!! There is truth to this article thanks for posting it. I am starting back into bulking perfect time to read this!!

Don't stop in other words. Make it a continuous motion from bottom to top always putting strain on the biceps to get that mean pump going. Make sense bro?
