I just purchased beta alanine recently and am ready to start taking it. It suggests I take 1 tsp 2 times daily. Would it be recommended for me to take it with my 1st meal in the morning which is my pre workout meal? or should I wait and add it into my post workout shake? Also would be it alright to take it about 5 hours later in my other shake of the day? Also, should I take this on off days? if so, with the same dosing?
