I will be logging a Universal amino acid product stack.
I am currently taking 6-9 Amino 1900's/day and 6-9 Uni-liver tabs/day.
I am getting a tub of the new Beef Amino's from Universal which I
greatly appreciate!
These are all great products and just wanted to assess the effects
of taking high doses of all of them.
My plan is...
3 Amino 1900, 3 Uni-Liver, 4 Beef Amino's upon waking (pre cardio/conditioning)
3/3/4 pre workout w/ Shock Therapy
3/3/4 post workout
3/3/4 pre bed time
Each dosage supplies 16g of protein, for a total of 64g/day
I will keep training consistent, as well as diet. The only other supplement I
am taking is Shock Therapy pre workout......
