Life has hammered me the last couple days, so no training yesterday. Deads were next up in n the line up but I wasn’t feeling it. Did an upper body day and will hit deads next

Trained bare elbowed today. I loaded up the 315 bar and realized I set my sleeves on my work bench and never put them on. No pain in my elbow, which is what I want. Need to get my strength back up. Not settling for these numbers. It was kinda of an off day, but that’s no excuse. It’s been over 3 weeks since I ordered that pulley thing and I haven’t heard back from them at all. I’ve emailed them. No response. I used Pinterest for ideas on how to make my own. Biggest issue is what/ how to put weights on the cable. Probably getting some kind of strap to put through the hole in the plates
