Good day. They needed extra help at work yesterday so I went in. I think I’m going to repeat this cycle after a couple deload days. I don’t feel I did my best and earned the right to move the weights up even a tiny bit. I still have 1+ deads to go. My son is moving back this week. We should be able to go to the gym together routinely. We train separately but this means I’ll have a reliable spotter on hand. Getting an extra rep without fear of death or someone stealing that rep from you can go a long way.
