Glad to hear the strength is back up. Sounds like maybe you had a slight pec strain. Do you ever get massages? I used to think it was a waste of time to roll out and massage, etc. I'm all about it these days. Seems to help me out quite a bit.
I’m feeling better, but I kinda cut out my dead lift day and have been training 3 days a week in’ of 4. I do foam roll sometimes and I use a soft ball to hit the tough spots. Never had a massage though.

So I did my home sleep study Wednesday night. Worked Thursday and Friday. Saturday I woke up real late just feeling drained. Felt that way all day, so no gym. Found out later they closed anyway due to water on the floor from rain Friday night. Today I slept in again but feel better. I ordered some Fury last week and opened it today. Did 2 scoops.
Work has been fucking nuts like it’s still flu season. This time of year they’re usually asking people to stay home. Instead they are constantly texting for additional help. Monday and Tuesday burned me out. Tuesday I was up 19 hours and got like 5 hours of sleep so I took yesterday off from training. Didn’t feel real hot today either but ended up killing it.

I handle that pretty good. It’s the squats that kill me. I had 3 days of pain and soreness after the last leg day with the box squats and good mornings. Backed off on that today.

Awesome! It is a good method to shake things up with. Most everything is linear and this isn’t. Having said that, make sure you start out lighter than you think. Going for a normal 3 rep bench max I would hit around 365 right now and my 5/4/3 ended me at 295 this week. No way I could get 4 reps with 295. You can always add weight the following week. Feel it out.
