Bench isn’t feeling good yet. I don’t feel like I’m in my groove. Maybe it’s just the different equipment?
Smith pin press was awkward. Even with a plate underneath the feet of the bench the pins were off my chest. I’m also pretty sure the Smith is counter weighted so the #s don’t mean much. Just reference for next time.
