      Talked to the gym owner who’s the strong man coach for the gym. He suggested the Swiss bar bench today after I told him I can’t bring th O-bar to my chest. Damn, I could do it! And I can add weight. I felt a little pressure in my shoulder, but nothing I would call pain. 50 lb DBs are painful. So now I have a new toy.

      Lat pull downs MAG bar
      105x10
      120x10
      135x10
      150x8. Felt good, went for it

      EZ bar curls
      3x10

      Preacher curls
      3x10

      Rope hammer curls
      3x10

      Front raises with EZ bar -no weight
      3x10

      Rear delt flyes
      3x10

      Lower partial lateral raises
      5 sets of 10 using girlie weight

      Done.

      My shoulder was worse and was bad today too. No gym today. My knees are flaring up again from cutting grass 2x a week. Left knee is sucking walking up stairs. I cleaned my smoker today and plan to drown my sorrows in a couple racks of ribs tomorrow. This is the way.
