Got up and had a ton of aches and pains. My wife bought a smallish China cabinet a couple days ago. Got it home and got it into the house up some stairs myself with a dolly. The bod is reminding me I’m older than I think LOL. Should have been legs, but I skipped training. I don’t need more injuries. The bursitis in my left elbow is swelling still, but no pain. Not sure how the pec is until I get under the bar. Tomorrow I’ll definitely get in. I’ve been thinking about starting 5/3/1 again with more bodybuilding accessories but I need to have all systems go first.
