Bench went good. Some elbow strain. Bumped up the weight from last time 5lbs. Baby steps. Still more concerned for catastrophic failure of my elbow vs. strength. I need to get over this fear, but I do have strain/ minor pain. I’m confident in my strength, just not the joint. Went up to 355 on the pins. Hungry for more.
