Still didn't hit my goal today but it was still a great day. I really lit up my quads. Don't know why my back is aching unless I'm over doing it with the GMs. Warming up for squats I got asked about foot placement by one of the guys. I got asked "since you know what you're doing on squats." My head must have gotten bigger and heavier and that's why I missed my last 2 reps.
