I've never been a calorie counter. Maybe I should give it a go. Probably be a good wake up call for me. I'm eating better, but I'm sure not as good as I could be.
I have been changing up my training. I've been wanting to push more reps. I'm so used to doing low rep shit that every time I load up a bar with a new weight for 8 or 6 reps I can hear that voice in the back of my head telling me "no way can you do that" Then I bang it out with some left in the tank and supprise myself. Volume is not where you're at, but its kind of a new game for me and I'm having fun again.
