I hated writing the word “fail” in my log book. All the weight I used today was so light for me not even 6 months ago. I’m going to make the waves work though. I just need a week or 2 to really find where my strength and endurance is. Having said that, my weekly weigh in was 259.4 lbs today. Not much different from last week and that’s OK. Still a hair under 260. I’m still playing with carbs. I never thought I’d be so into playing with my body comp before. LOL. I guess the goal is to look good naked now. I still want to lift big though.
