I’m totally geared up to get mentally and physically back on track. Too much randomness this summer. I need my head back in the game and a strong hold on training and nutrition. I’m tired of going sideways.
Today I thought was shoulder day but when I started plotting out the week in my head, it didn’t add up. My training days are all messed up. So I benched today. Squats tomorrow then shoulders.
Last 3 days of work kicked my ass. Everyone is quitting or calling off. Felt sluggish going in.
Warm up with band pull apart, windmills and shoulder stuff.

Started out with my left shoulder and arm feeling weak. Shook that off in the beginning sets of bench. Threw in an extra set of 290 because I didn’t like the first one. 310 went and felt good. 325 I felt a pull in my right pec. I felt like I could keep going but decided not to. I don’t want to make it worse. Quit there. Today just wasn’t happening.
