Today was on!!! Today's battle in the war on the iron was won by me! Today was all about intensity and I felt like I could crush a bowling ball with my bare hands if I wanted to.

OK, the dips sucked. I can't remember the last time I did dips. I have this thing called "The Rack" that I can do dips on. After that chest work out I was fried. I'm going at them next week. This ends my first week of routine #5. I'm still fired up about it. Ordering my supps tonight. Tomorrow will hit legs, saturday will be off and sunday I'm attacking my deadlifts. Should be stronger this weekend for deads since I'm not working.

Thanks TTL. I am doing better than when I started my journey. I'm even more fired up too. I love having a journey. I like to look back every now and then. I try to keep it real and honest with myself. Its the only way to achieve anything. I can't wait to see where I am on my birthday in december. There's no limits brother.

Strongest chest day since I started "taking out the trash." Had my son spot me for the 325 set. He knows who the big dog in the house is now. LOL. I used to hit 315 for 5 before I got married. Got a little way to go still.

Two months ago it was 255x4 under the bar. My overall strength has gone up in the last 2 months. Dead lifts still suck though. I think my form was what was killing me. I've been watching vids on youtube and I think it's helping. Speaking off...

Yeah I agree. With the amount of work you are putting in I can see how your tiring now. Im in the same boat right now. I was rollin really well for awhile, started going downhill. This past week its like I hit a brickwall. No fun! Recovery is key!
