jus started takin the pump a couple a dayz ago and can feel the difference in my work outs already, this stuff is amazing shit , never took anythin like this before ,it feels like my armz are gonna xplode, what else would you'z recomend taking with this? thanks
What you would pair with Pump is really dependent on your current goals, seeing as how Pump is a foundational supplement, meaning you can take it every day, and don't have to cycle off of it.
If you're looking to add some size, throw in some M-Stak and/or if you're over 21, Animal Stak; both of those will really help you see some considerable gains, given that you have your diet and training in check.

im on my 3rd day and iv gotta say i didnt think id have the results that im having. I feel like i can go on forever, vascularity is crazy on this. My veins pop all over. But whatever happened to those little ANIMAL decals that would come in the pack, when i bought m stak it had one in it and PUMP didnt come with it, did they stop throwing those in their?

Alright, since pump is one of the two Animal products I use (with the Pak of course!) Here's my 2 bits.
I'll preface my review by saying this: I am a stimulant junkie. I'm addicted to caffeine and adrenaline like a druggie. I'm worse now than I have been for a long time, and so the energizer pill is not as effective as it once was (more on that later) and so I'm having to detox myself from the caffeine for a while (coffee only to mitigate withdrawal).
My initial experience with the Pump was one of the greatest workouts ever. I pushed myself hard, and reigned myself in near the end so I wouldn't injure myself. I wanted to keep lifting, and felt like I could handle weights way bigger than I normally would (have to use some discipline to keep yourself injury free). The second time I took it was a disaster. I followed the instructions and took it on an empty stomach. Coupled with the fact I wasn't perfectly hydrated, and my heart rate (resting) went to 120. I felt way sick and way weak. I've found that pump works best for me if I have dinner, wait an hour, have a shake, wait 30 minutes, and then hit the pump and a shit ton of water. 30-45 minutes after that, and I am focused like a laser beam and lifting like an animal!
Now, if I follow that routine, the side effects (tachycardia, weakness, and nausea) are non existent.
To maximize the effectiveness of this product, I have found that you have to be sensitive to caffeine / xanthines. If you're a caffeine junkie like me, you're wasting time with the energizer complex (which has saddened me enough that I'm giving up stimulants and reseting my system so I can take the full pump pak again!)
Because I don't want to waste such a precious thing, I've switched to off brand creatine until my system is stimulant sensitive again. After that, it's back to Pump as my primary energizer/creatine supplement!
Summary: Awesome product.
Final assessment: 10/10
Considerations: Don't take on a totally empty stomach. Be *completely* hydrated. Effectiveness maximized if your stimulant sensitivity is high.
Don't talk SCIENCE to me!
If you need a stimulant, take pump. If you need focus... well, that comes with being an Animal. --Me
I personally take Pump everyday and have for years. On the days I lift (Mon-Fri), I also take it on an empty stomach with Waximaize and 8 ounces of water aout 45 minutes after my pre-workout meal. The pumps are absolutely mind-boggling!
The vites/mineral/antioxidants are also fantastic for your health and well being. Pump has everything you need and nothing you don't. It will not upset your stomach and does not cause any adverse reactions.
animal pump, the name says it all, the 1st time i used it, shit, i feel that im gonna explode. that is the pump bros, use it and get addicted to it. size and strenght will be your holy grail for the day. totally recommended

I'm an Artillery Officer in the Army and a Former Olympic Weightlifter and football player. Decided to go to war with the weights again..at war.....I will never be a bodybuider but I am hitting the gym twice a day and I needed some help with the aches and pain of the past and recovery. I was suggested animal products by a good friend who is a beast. I got Pak, Pump, and cuts.....I work out at 11 am and 1900...does anyone have a suggestion on how I should take them? I would really appreciate it. My first day I took Pak and cuts in the am, cuts and pump in the pm before my evening workout. Only things was I felt a little lightheaded....I would really appreciate some assistance....it is weird working out in Saddam's palace....thanks
I used to swap Pump and Shock after every bottle, and while Shock is amazing, my heart lies with Animal Pump. Im on the go and train after I get out of work. Not only is it more convienient to carry a small pack of pills than a can or shaker cup, but Pump gives me a fullness while training that I cant get anywhere else. The energy I get out of that red pill is enough to get me through a brutal w/o and not be to wired for hrs after, problems Ive had with previous pre w/os. When I need a extra kick in the ass, (legs and back days), I stack it with a 1/2 scoop of Rage to take it to the next level. Great pumps, great energy, and MOST important... great vascularity. No doubt a must have for any gym rats stack!
I started off two months ago with Animal Pak, added M-Stak three weeks ago (just finished first can, doing another back to back), and added Pump last Friday. I usually eat a big meal filled with protein around 2PM, wait an hour, take M-Stak, then I waited 30 min and took Pump. The results were beyond amazing. It kind of freaked me out for a second because my watch almost busted off my wrist because of the intensity of the pump! When I was done tossing around weights, I saw myself in the mirror and couldn't believe how much bigger my arms were. This was, without a shred of doubt, the biggest and best thing I have come across with Animal products. Not to say the others aren't great, but this gave me that "First day, big results" feeling. I think some others have said the same thing about feeling like they could lift all day. I have that :) The only problem I am experiencing now, which I talked to Jason about is, I haven't been able to get a pump like that since. Granted, it's only been a few days so there's probably some tweaking to eating times, pill time, etc to be made. I think this is what kind of kicked off Pak and M-Stak and is really helping out in the gym. I will report after the first can is gone. Overall, I give this a 10/10!
