I just got back Monday from a 3 day trip to Illinois.
So I wanted to at least get an Upper Body session in yesterday during my break cause I was planning to Squat today.
Traveling again out of state tomorrow, so just called an Audible.

My wife and oldest daughter had to be at the airport by 4am to catch a flight, so I met my boy Caleb at Kent CrossFit to workout.
Cause I had to load a Penske truck this morning for "Washington's Strongest Apple" tomorrow.
So I wasn't planning to Deadlift after loading a truck full of Strongman equipment.

Sounds awful but think about it.
Would you want to do a heavy Deadlift AFTER loading a truck full of Strongman equipment?
Gotta follow the plan and suck it up to wake up early and get the required numbers in for training.
Then feel better about it that you got it done while loading a truck.
