Wore my Thompson BowTie for 20 mins prior before I got to the gym.
Hip Circle
SSB Squats:
155 lbs x 10 reps x 5 sets
Circuit SSB Good Mornings, then DB Chest Presses:
155 lbs good mornings x 10 reps, then 95 lbs DB chest presses x 10 reps.
5 sets
Circuit Kettlebell Rows, then Bodyweight Dips:
10 reps each x 5 sets
Circuit Side Laterals, Hammer Curls, then Bent over Shoulder raises:
15 reps each x 3 sets
Juiced Aminos grape (intra)
Nitro (post)
Did this fun Grip exercise for a bit afterwards.
