Do you feel med ball slams are solid conditioning work? Seems like quick and effective conditioning work and I could pick up a few med balls.
I think so.
I pride myself that I can catch the 50 lbs Slam Ball off the bounce for 25 reps.
That actually takes a lot of PEC squeezing, so I feel that add an extra benefit for me IMO
KEG CLEAN & PRESS FOR REPS:
115 lbs x 8 reps x 3 sets
220 lbs x 5 reps x 2 sets
KEG PRESS & CARRY medley with LOADED SLED:
Set cones 20 feet apart.
Progressive reps: 3 reps, then 4 reps at next cone, 5 reps at next cone, finally 6 reps on last cone.

Worked up to 525 lbs x 5 reps, no belt.
Then did 525 lbs x 4 reps, and another set of 3 reps.
SSB GOOD MORNINGS:
155 lbs x 10 reps x 5 sets
FLAT DUMBBELL CHEST PRESS:
This gym had dumbbells up to 150 lbs, so I don't get a chance to lift big ones like these all the time.

75 lbs x 6 reps
95 lbs x 6 reps
135 lbs x 4 reps
150 lbs x 10 rep
100 lbs x 15 reps drop set
Circuit LAT PULLDOWNS, then SEATED CHEST FLYES, then TRICEP PRESSDOWNS:

SQUATS:
Belted up for the first time in months. Did it cause I was driving up and down the freeway all day yesterday, then stood in the rain for 2 hours for my youngest daughter's Softball practice.
So my back was pretty fatigued.
Drop sets of 315 lbs x 5 reps, 225 lbs x 10 reps with no belt.
LOG CLEAN & PRESS FOR REPS:
Nothing crazy just got some work in.
165 lbs x 10 reps x 4 sets
BANDED TRICEP PRESSDOWNS:
15 reps x 4 sets
Grip work consisted of using my XD Fit 15 lbs sand disc.
Then finished using my Grenades doing some Upright Rows with the 35 lbs kettlebells.
20 reps x 3 sets
