First Body Analysis 6th of Feb '10:
Weight 86kg
Body Fat Mass 19.2kg
=> Leads to 22.4% body fat.
(Also, Waist-Hip Ratio 0.87)
Cuttting phase!!!
Second Body Analysis 20th of May '10:
Weight 74.6kg
Body Fat Mass 9.9kg
=> Leads to 13.3% body fat.
(Also, Waist-Hip Ratio 0.83).
Notice 1: Normal Range for Waist-Hip ratio is 0.80-0.90.
Notice 2: Why is my six pack for example not visible yet?
Notice 3: Why do I still have chest fat?
