You have any pointers on how to not get fat without being able to train legs or do cardio? I recently put on a few pounds and was looking to lean out a bit, then the other day I dislocated my kneecap. I'm assuming I won't be able to lift or do anything explosive with my lower body for a while, and am afraid I'm gonna get fat as shit in the meantime. Doesn't help I just got home and walked in to a big ass pile of Halloween candy... =\
Haha! Avoid that candy!
Look into Keto. You can still build muscle while losing the weight. Just my personal preference. Curious what House has to say on this though.

Don't ask House... he'll have you drinking Tilapia shakes and shit like that. Lol, jk. I know I'm not Erik, but I ran into a similar issue back in 2011 when I tore my hamstring. Just gotta pay extreme close attention to your macros/diet. It's definitely doable, just a little more challenging of course. If there's any type of body weight exercises you can do for 'cardio', it helps. Even 1 legged pushups and things like that for time, just to burn more calories
"Ask yourself this: if everyone else is training once per week, what are you doing that's so different that you would expect to get better results than anybody else? You might have good genetics, be tough enough and disciplined enough to train hard... but so are a lot of people." - BOSS
"I think I must be overtraining"... no, you're just a pussy - Machine
