60ml skim milk
half a scoop of vanilla Ultra Whey Pro
2-3 drops of vanilla extract
1 packet of orange juice sunrise crystal light
1 packet of splenda
1-2 pasteurized egg whites
2 cups of water (less or more if you want it more concentrated)
2-3 ice cubes
mix everything in blender and then drink with a huge straw and enjoy summer.
extra tips :
- you can add more or less vanilla whey and/or egg whites to augment protein count.
- Use real orange juice post workout to have fast digesting carbs (if not taking creatine)
