      My High Protein Orange Julep Summer Juice!

      60ml skim milk
      half a scoop of vanilla Ultra Whey Pro
      2-3 drops of vanilla extract
      1 packet of orange juice sunrise crystal light
      1 packet of splenda
      1-2 pasteurized egg whites
      2 cups of water (less or more if you want it more concentrated)
      2-3 ice cubes


      mix everything in blender and then drink with a huge straw and enjoy summer.

      extra tips :

      - you can add more or less vanilla whey and/or egg whites to augment protein count.
      - Use real orange juice post workout to have fast digesting carbs (if not taking creatine)

      Sweet sounding recipe. I'm gonna have to try this with Ultra Iso Whey Vanilla... Wonder how it would go with Lemonade Chiller? What with combining the citrus and all...

      Thiers no Fat though, sounds delic but I would need to add fat to balance the nutrients. I do everything either with Protien /fat or Protien/Carbs and right now I cant have no Carbs lol.

      I'd just eat a few almonds with it. 12 almonds is 6g of fat and 2g of protein...

      maybe try to put a spoon of coconut virgin oil in there... might mess with the taste a little bit though.

      This recipee is made to taste as much as possible like the Original California Orange Julep without the useless sugar... so it is compatible with contest prep. It can be modified anytime! It tastes better with real orange juice, so adding a quarter of real orange in there could help the taste if using crystal light! Try with the lemonade and give us feedback on how it tastes.


      I usually have alot of ideas with recipees useful with bodybuilding. I will share them from time to time!

      I was kinda thinking adding the uncooked yolk of maybe 2 eggs ( not the raw whites) that might make it taste like Orange Julius drink lol

      Here, is a very good recipes is given by user. I like this recipe but I don 't know what is the mining of splenda. Try to give me a photo it is best way to know about splenda, It is so delicious recipe and makes healthy.

      I read in the past that if you mixed any citrus drinks with creatine you will turn the creatine in creatinine. Creatinine is useless to the body and you will just urinate it out.
