8 weeks, 2 days out. Due to various things, the split this week has been so messed up I need to train Back today & Legs tomorrow. Still, that'll give the metabolism another kick up the backside.
3 x 8-15 Wide Grip Pull Ups
5 x 8-10 Hammerstrength Rows, first 4 Underhand, 5th Overhand
4 x 8-12 Hammerstrength Lat Pulldown
3 x 10-14 Low Cable Row
3 x 12-15 Lat Pulldown, Wide Overhand
Then 30mins steady cardio mixing up Cross Trainer, StairMaster & Cycle
