Hello,
I am trying a multi stack for my first time. I have bought stak + pak + cuts
I am thinking about taking it like this:
- Pak + Cuts with breakfest at 07:00
Morning cardio or work
- Cuts after lunch, around 13:00
- Stack pre training on training days and same time on non training days 17:30
- Weight training: 18:00
- Pak before bed-time around 23:00. (maybe I will skip this)
What do you think? Is it ok to combine all the pills in stak and cuts or should I remove some?? Do I need the second pak in the evening? Please feel free comment!
