Thanks bro. This week has been a lot higher volume than pasts. Usually I keep large muscles in the 14 set workouts and smaller in 9 sets. I am a big believer of high intensity, but not stuff like dorian or mentzer, I kinda make up my own type of high intensity lol

Standing calf raise 10 sets x 10 reps
Warm Up with Hammer Strength
One-Arm Dumbbell Rows 3 sets x 8 reps
Makeshift T-Bar rows 4 sets x 9-11 reps
Hammer Strength pull 3 sets x 10 reps
T-Bar Rows superset with seated cable row 3 sets x 9 reps, then failure.
Pullovers 2 sets x failure
Barbell Shrugs 5 sets x failure with a static hold for 3 seconds on each rep.
Workout kicked ass today. No deadlifting this week, letting my back rest up from the previous weeks. Incorporated a lot of rows as usual and not so many pulldowns, my preference is thickness over width.
During workout: EAA Nitro
Post workout: 2.5 Scoops real gains
Meal after shake: 8 ounces of ground beef and oatmeal

Legs are dead, looks like I'll be taking a nap today. Worked on the insertion points of the muscle for hamstrings and really beat them down.
Hamstring skullcrushers 4 sets x 15 reps
One-Leg stiff-legged deadlift 3 sets x 10 reps
Glute/Ham Raise superset with physioball hamstring curl 4 sets x failure
Standing One-Leg hamstring curl superset with adductions 3 sets x 12 reps

Its an exercise I came up with lol, reminded me of a skullcrusher movement so thats what I called it. Basically you are on a lying leg curl machine, once your situated in the machine rise up so your calves are still on the curl pad but instead of your body laying down, just your knees are on the pad. You can rest your hands on the part of the pad where you would normally lie down for support. Basically resemble the top half of the standing leg curl, but you can go a lot heavier and get a solid contraction.

u raise up so itd look like the top of a glute ham raise?
Your body doesn't move, just your legs. The position makes it look like the top of the glute/ham raise, however when your in that position just curl your legs up and down on the lying machine.

They kill bro. I believe it is the best exercise for the contraction of the hamstring. The other benefit from it too is that there is always constant tension on the muscle.

Yeah they sucked lol, good first exercise though for me after my warm up. The glute/ham raise supersetted with the physioball ham curls really fucked me up for the day, talk about soreness.
