      Big As Fuck Strong as Possible and a 2250 Pounds Raw Total

      Hi my Name is Ben Seath I'm 20 years old I lift in the 242 and 275 pound weight classes. My Main Objective is stated in the title. I Compete in Powerlifting I use PL gear (single ply) some times but my main focus is Increasing my RAW Lifts. I got a meet coming up in September 18th UPA Federation (Wt. class 275). Here are my goals I have 7 weeks to achieve this goals.

      RAW GOALS
      SQUAT: 665
      BENCH: 435
      DEADLIFT: 650
      TOTAL : 1750 (MAIN GOAL!!!!)

      This is my Youtube account I have Most of my workouts filmed so i can post up how my training is going.

      My Training split is as follows
      Sunday: Military Press
      Monday: DeadLift
      Wednesday: Bench Press

      Well If you are ever in a small Town called Aberdeen just of the coast stop by timber gym you would dig it. Oh and in the next couple weeks I'm going to be posting up some sick videos got some big goals coming up and I will achieve them and have them on film to share with everyone here!

      I've been waiting for you to start up brother, look forward to seeing your new vids go up and hopefully I'll start seeing you guys in the gym more often. I always seem to be more motivated when you and the guys are in there liftin at the same time haha

      I am possibly doing the upcoming USAPL meet. Not sure yet, need to see where finances are at. Yeah, I planned on making a trip that way anyways. Im over in Lacey/Olympia.

I'm happy with my floor presses Haven't done those in awhile old PR was 355. I realized that the floor press hits right where my sticking point is on my bench press.

      WELL today was Dead Lift It went good On account of now I KNOW! what I need to work on REV220 will post the video He took for me here later. When you watch the video You will see I have a Major sticking point I pull 585 off the floor like 225 but About 3 inches before my complete lock out I have a Major sticking point I'm Glad I have 6 Weeks and 6 days to Fix that LOL! I've already talked to my Older brother (Hes pulled 775 in comp. and 800 in gym) And he was telling me to do 2 inch high rack pulls with bands. Also Ben R. (Rev220) was telling my about his hip thrust so I'm going to add both of those Into next weeks work out.

      HERE IS THE WORK OUT I DID TODAY
      DEADLIFT
      135--1 X 10
      225--1 X 8
      315--1 X 8
      365--1 X 5
      405--1 X 3
      455--1 X 1
      495--1 X 1
      545--1 X 1 (Video) Felt Really good

      Tomorrow I'm going to Hit a 3 Board 1 Rep max and after that I'll Do a 2 X 5 at a lower weight. I Think my PR on these was 495 But that was awhile ago have been doing a strict 5/3/1 for over 3 months now. I haven't used the board for a long time. Tomorrow will be a good day to help determine how close I am to a 435 Competition Bench Press.
