Hi my Name is Ben Seath I'm 20 years old I lift in the 242 and 275 pound weight classes. My Main Objective is stated in the title. I Compete in Powerlifting I use PL gear (single ply) some times but my main focus is Increasing my RAW Lifts. I got a meet coming up in September 18th UPA Federation (Wt. class 275). Here are my goals I have 7 weeks to achieve this goals.
RAW GOALS
SQUAT: 665
BENCH: 435
DEADLIFT: 650
TOTAL : 1750 (MAIN GOAL!!!!)
