How long does it take for creatine to fully leave your system and perhaps besides strength loss, will you notice any changes on the scale or mirror?

How long does it take for creatine to fully leave your system and perhaps besides strength loss, will you notice any changes on the scale or mirror?
For me Ive never really felt that much of a strength gain from creatine, but when I cycle off if I can definetly feel the water loss within a week. . .

Nice I'm looking forward to it, I didn't really think about this but I just realized I have been on some form of creatine for over a year now! sizeon, pump, reg mono etc. I know some people don't ever go off but I just feel its time to "deflate" if possible, and go back on in later.
It's only bee a week or so but so far I feel my shirt arms aren't as snug but no visible difference yet. Hoping to not feel as soft however, would like to be a little bit firmer even if a bit smaller

its honestly the type of creatine you may be getting or the amount of dosage thats probably not helping you..that you have to figure yourself cause if for the average person loading phase is 20grams, for you it might be lower or higher then that
as for the strength gains,..i feel it ..but dont expect it tto be lie 30 percent or something ..i believe what they mean is that if your bench max was 1 rep..creatine can help you bust out 2 more reps, maybe 3 with a spotter
but honestly wht makes creatine a godscend for those taking it is that it helps you recover alot faster, and i believe depending on how fast your body can recover will dictate oon how much faster creatine will help you ..same goes with the strength gains it give you

just move more iron on the basic lifts and eat ur ass off
Alright good points, but wouldn't any creatine regardless of basic cheap stuff vs Animal Pump eventually leave your system enough for someone to see a change in the mirror and clothes or only strength?
I never loaded, always did 5grams a day when taking reg mono powder then a few months of max serving of size on then most recently 3 cans of Animal Pump which I felt my absolute best on whereas Sizeon I felt soft and bloated. But regardless of what Animal says about pump with the "no bloat" it's possible to case bloat in some people right? Depending on how that person's body reacts to water weight?

If you keep taking other supps like BCAA, glutamine, arginine and stimulants before your workout and have a flawless diet you might lose some water weight but no strenght.
