So we all know that we need to eat some quality protein before bed. I usually have been trying some eggs and cottage cheese for my bed time snack. What I am wondering is how far away from going to bed should I eat. there are nights when I eat before bed, say 30 minutes or so, I do not sleep well. Yet there are nights that if I eat 2 hours before bed, I feel like I am hungary when I lay down. Just wondering what everone usually does.
