i want some suggestions on meals and timing for meals if i am on this particular stack please. im new to the fitness scene so any suggestions would be great.
Well there is tons of very good info on this site for any goals u may have.I suggest gettin comfy and reading as much as you can.Good luck with your training!
Apparently, the meals are not great if you are trying to cut. Keep up the good carbohydrates like potatoes, oatmeal and sweet. Do not eat sugar, eat almost fruit. Keep your intake of protein as big as the profits.
if you are new to "fitness" then those supps arent worth being taken
sort your diet out and become more accustomed to "fitness" before you take any supplements
