Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Back and Hams
Sunday: OFF/Cardio
Diet:
Meal 1: Oats with fruit or steak or both
Meal 2: chicken with salad or shake(depending on meetings at work)
Meal 3: Post shake if workout at lunch or chicken with salad
Meal 4: chicken with salad(depending on meetings at work)
Meal 5: chicken with salad or healthy dinner by wife(health nut she is)
Meal 6: casein shake before bed
Any shake is with water no milk, thanks dead.

Also to note its starting to get cold here 50s in the morning, so its time for me to switch to morning workouts, oh how i love the cold and a good workout. So ill be hitting the gym between 5-530 so lets see what Agent O does for me in the mornings. Monday will start my AM workouts with LEGS, hope i get it by then.

I'm right there with ya, I used to wake up at 4, eat , and hit the gym before school. Nothing better than the gym to yourself and the cold air fillin your lungs. I'd show up to class sweaty and fuckin beat everyday. Everyone would always ask why, my response was always "simply put, you wouldnt understand."
