i have been doing some research/reading and decided to do a keto diet. but this this the weird thing. day one of eating all protein and fats, and minimal carbs i felt burnt out after my workout. then again it was leg day (my favorite) and a heavy cardio day. i did kinda crash after the workout, but got a good amount of sleep in as well to recover from it. day two i wake up and feel better than before. i have more energy on day 2 than i did on day one. did even more cardio today, and im lifting more on my incline bench than i was 2 weeks ago, with less carbs.
basically went from 150g + carbs in a day to about 20-30 cold turkey. i can already feel the difference in energy already, but i thought i was suppose to lose energy, and loose the strength to go as hard on my lifts. been drinking about 1.5 gallons of water a day as well.
does that seem right, or should i expect a crash sometime soon?
