Whats up guys, I know some people on the forum are experimenting with the carb backloading diet explained at http://dangerouslyhardcore.com/
I wanted to open up a thread for discussion on it here.
So far in my week on the diet i'm noticing..
-I have alot of energy at night
-Skipping breakfast and waiting 2 hours has done wonders in my overall calorie consumpiton
-Nighttime carb up is something to look forward to daily
-I'm eating more quality foods and not worried about hitting calorie 'numbers'
-I'm leaning out, and lost 5lbs during week 1
