Meal #1: 8 egg whites, 1 cup of oats
Meal #2: 5 oz potato (red skin)
Meal #3: 10 oz chicken, 1 cup rice,
Meal #4: protein shake, 3/4 cup oats
Meal #5: Post Work Out Meal
Meal #6: 9 oz. top round, 3/4 cup rice,
Meal #7: 2 cans of tuna, steam fresh vegies, cesar dressing
Q.1 the 1 cup of oats: do i just prepare them as 1 cup of boring oats with water?
Q.2 The potato - just as is, in the microwave?
Q.3 the chicken and rice...anyway of making this interesting? Herbs for the chicken..but what about the rice?
