Meal 1: Natty peanut butter on 4 pieces whole wheat bread, 1 cup oats, 2 cups whole milk
Meal 2: 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup black beans, half-cup mixed vegetables (natural) 1 cup whole milk
Meal 3: 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup black beans, half-cup mixed vegetables (natural) 1 cup whole milk

What do you guys think? Every now and then I'll throw in 4-5 egg whites instead of rice or beans.
