      yeah. he didnt. and told me not to lift. the pain in my neck is causing headaches lately. so i am taking it easy. havent been able to lift. pisses me off.

      first day in a while (it feels like it has been forever)
      warmup bench, then incline db presses
      40 for more warmup

      Banded Rows. these were interesting.

      banded Tri Bent Over Ext (similar to a DB Kickback)

      overhead db ext

      agent O + torrent and some Pump pre-workout. Pump minus the red pill.

      good session today. feels good to get back to lifting, even though im not supposed to be yet. haha.

      was up at the high school for early swim practice, and did squats/rack pulls for the hell of it. and i missed squats

      thanks G. looking forward to the new flavor of O, as the last one didnt sit well with me....

      hit chest/shrugs yesterday.. did supersets the entire time
      went REALLY light on both to focus on form
      worked up to 295 on shrugs and 185 banded with chains on bench. good times.
