sup guys i got confused about when i drop the carbs im getting ready for my first show and i wanted to step there good.
when i start to do low carb days i should consume more fats or protein?
For example of a 2500 cal diet 40p 40c 20f
250pro 250carb 60fat
when i start doing low carb days i have to replace the missing cals of carbs for fats or protein? that would be the question.
