Try the HCG diet. My sister in law did it and she lost 20 lbs in 30 days.
This is not a scam. I saw her 30 days later and she looked like a different person.
Look it up on the internet I am sure you can find some stuff.
Personally, this is not my cup of tea. However, it could help you. Make sure you do your research. My sister in law takes the pills. Good luck.
By the way I forgot to mention that on this program your NOT allowed to train. I know it goes against everything Animal stands for, but you asked for it. This is really the easy way out. Do the research and you will see what I am talking about.

the true is most ppl arent made for this lifestyle. they dont have the dedication or just dont wanna be freaks who lift crazy heavy shit. i love what im doing but i acknowledge and respect the fact some just wanna be fit and in shape.

I have a question, can I be dropping bf without working out at the gym? I mean with a proper diet and a 3x a week cardio for 30 mins?
dropping bodyfat only or retaining muscle while your at it? If its just fat your trying to lose then yea 3x week cardio with a good diet will damn well strip off the bf.
