6 whole eggs, 1 cup oats
4oz chicken, 4oz steak, 7oz brown rice
4oz chicken, 4oz steak, 7oz sweet potatoes
4oz chicken, 4oz steak, 7oz brown rice
60 grams whey / 60 grams carbs (post workout shake)
2 cups Greek yogurt with fruit mixed in.
